Description
Mozzafiato replaces Rocket’s previous Cellini model and is available in two versions: Evoluzione R with rotary pump and Type V with vibratory pump. The version with rotary pump can also be connected directly to the water main.
Externally the machine has gotten a face lift in the form of new side panels, that are now built from one piece of stainless steel all the way up to the rail around the cup tray. The steam and hot water handles are the same as on Rocket’s most expensive machines.
Technically the most obvious improvement is that the machine now is equipped with a PID, with the display hidden behind the drip tray. This means the brewing temperature is adjustable with the press of a button.
The boiler is insulated and has 9 mm thick end plates, which further optimizes temperature stability.
In conclusion this is a very modern and stylish take on the classic E61-concept – with all the modern technology you’d expect from a modern espresso machine.
