The C-Manuale 54 is ECM’s base model. This coffee grinder has one objective: to deliver exactly what is needed for precise coffee grinding at home – no more, no less.
The C-Manuale may not have some functions that the more advanced models have, such as stepless adjustment and automatic dosing. But it is a very solid performer nevertheless.
With its compact size it is a good option when you want to leave room for other things on your countertop. The grind size is adjusted in steps, which thanks to the find threads of the adjustment collar are so small that finding the right grind setting shouldn’t be an issue.
The dosing funnel on the front is easily removed for cleaning. Since the distance from the grinding chamber is short the grinder also has fairly low retention.
